On the basis of prices, the plots are divided into some parts and on the basis of prices only you will get some units. 1 unit means one ID will be celebrated. Units The value is as follows : (1) From ? 5 lakh to ? 7 lakh = 1 unit (2) From 7 lakh to 14 lakh = 2 unit (3) From 14 lakh to 21 lakh = 3 units (4) From Rs 21 lakh to Rs 30 lakh = 4 units
(1) Primary ID: - When a member buys our plot, he will get a primary ID. Primary ID is mandatory for all members. Primary ID indicates the monthly installment of your plots and monthly installment will be deducted.
(2) Secondary ID. When you have more than one ID, all the IDs except the first ID are considered as secondary IDs. No monthly installment of your plots will be shown in the secondary ID, but you will be able to pay the monthly installment of the primary ID from the secondary ID.
